However, they can be used for any occasion. These delicious little balls are packed with superfoods and other goodness.
Gluten-free, refined sugar-free, dairy-free
INGREDIENTS:
- Almond meal, 2 cups
- Sesame seeds – 1/2 cup
- 1 1/2 cups desiccated Coconut
- Coconut oil, 1/2 cup
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup goji berries
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- Enjoy 1/2 cup of cacao nibs from the earth
- Two limes zest
- Juice of 1 Lime
PROCEDURE:
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Roll the dough into small balls and roll in desiccated Coconut.
- Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
- Raw balls can be stored in the refrigerator.
