At the Nourishing Hub, we are committed to providing the best health products and customer support. We offer a 7 day, 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Just contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item to arrange the return of your product. Product must be returned in as-new condition and in its original packaging.
If an item has been damaged, is faulty or incorrectly shipped, you will receive a full refund, and we will cover the cost of return shipping (refund will be given once we have received the returned item). If you would prefer a replacement item, this will be shipped as soon as we receive the original item from you.
For all other returns you will receive a refund for the cost of the product only and will have to cover the cost of return shipping.
Please email or call us for prior approval before returning any item. No returns accepted without prior approval. Any money owing to you will be sent within 7 days of product return.
