Macadamia Nut Pesto September 15 2014 by Simone Denny

There is nothing quite like a batch of fresh basil pesto! This recipe is so quick, easy and delicious!

  • 2 cups of fresh basil
  • 1 cup of macadamia nuts
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons of good quality olive oil
  • Himalayan salt to taste

Combine all ingredients in the food processor and blend to your desired consistency. Add additional oil if required.
