These bliss balls have to be the quickest easiest bliss balls to make. No need for a food processor, just all ingredients to a bowl and mix.
I originally created these bliss balls for Christmas - I loved the festive colours of red, white and green from the coconut, gojis and lime, however they are perfect for any occasion. They are very tasty little balls of nourishment - full of super foods and other goodies.
Gluten Free, Refined Sugar Free, Dairy Free
- 2 cups of almond meal
- ½ cup of sesame seeds
- 1 ½ cups desiccated coconut
- ½ cup of coconut oil
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup goji berries
- ½ cup cranberries
- ½ cup loving earth cacao nibs
- zest of 2 limes
- juice of 1 lime
Add all all ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined
Roll the dough into small balls and then roll in desiccated coconut.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Store raw balls in the fridge.
