Orange, Sesame and Cacao Nib Biscuits - Gluten Free October 23 2015 by Simone Denny 3 Comments
These biscuits have a beautiful orange flavour and a melt in your mouth texture. They are quick and easy to make and make a nutritious snack for the whole family.
They can be made without the pure orange oil but the flavour from the oil is well worth the addition. Be sure to only use 100% certified organic orange oil (such as the First Light Oils). You can read more about orange oil and the health benefits in my blog here.
These biscuits tick the box for most dietary requirements, I also like that there is only 2 tablespoons of sweeter for 16 biscuits.

These biscuits are simply delicious. Didn’t have essential oil or cacao nibs to hand so used crushed carob chips instead. Worked a treat. We got home from our date night to find only a few left, so they obviously got the thumbs up from our sitter too!
