I love these little morsels, not only are they delicious with and have the added health benefits of Turmeric, they are also super quick to make and they don't require a food processor.

1 ½ cups of almond meal
1 ½ cups desiccated coconut
½ cup of coconut oil
½ cup maple syrup or rice syrup
2 teaspoons of turmeric
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of ground ginger
Pinch of chilli powder
(Alternatively instead of the above spices you can use 21/2 teaspoons of the delicious Gold Grind Turmeric Chai blend)
½ cup of cacao nibs
Combine almond meal, coconut, spice mix (or Golden Grind if you are using it) into a bowl.
Melt coconut oil over low heat and add maple syrup
Add liquids to the dry ingredients and mix well
Roll balls into the desired size and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Store in the fridge or freezer.
