As a busy mum, businesswoman, wife and friend, I understand the daily demands of being a woman. From this understanding came the need to create a community (a hub) for women’s health and wellbeing and the necessity to make it easy and convenient to access women’s natural health products, nutritious recipes and wellbeing tips.

After years of working in the finance industry in many cities around the world, I was fortunate to become a mum in 2011. This experience has made me very aware of the importance of remembering to take care of your own health and wellbeing when there is very little time for you.  The understanding that if I am happy and healthy, then everyone in my life benefits has been a great impetus for starting the Nourishing Hub.
