INGREDIENTS:
- One cup of almonds
- Two cups of dried figs
- The hemp seeds are divided into two cups: 1/2 cup for the recipe and 1/2 cup each to roll the balls.
- Half a cup of sunflower seeds
- Coconut oil, 1/2 cup (melted),
- Honey (optional: 2 tablespoons)
- Pure Vanilla Essence, 1/2 teaspoon
PROCEDURE:
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor (except for 1/2 cup hemp seeds to be used as a rolling material).
- The mixture should be a paste.
- Roll the hemp seeds into balls (about one large tablespoon per ball).
- Refrigerate about 30 minutes prior to serving
