Fig and hem protein balls

These Fig and Hemp Protein Balls provide a tasty and nutritious snack that can be enjoyed at any time. Hemp seeds are a great source of plant protein and Omega 3 & Omega 6, which are important for overall health.

Gluten-free, vegan, dairy free

INGREDIENTS:

  • One cup of almonds
  • Two cups of dried figs
  • The hemp seeds are divided into two cups: 1/2 cup for the recipe and 1/2 cup each to roll the balls.
  • Half a cup of sunflower seeds
  • Coconut oil, 1/2 cup (melted),
  • Honey (optional: 2 tablespoons)
  • Pure Vanilla Essence, 1/2 teaspoon

PROCEDURE:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor (except for 1/2 cup hemp seeds to be used as a rolling material).
  2. The mixture should be a paste.
  3. Roll the hemp seeds into balls (about one large tablespoon per ball).
  4. Refrigerate about 30 minutes prior to serving
  5. Please keep it in the refrigerator.
